This course explores the application of big data, machine learning, and advanced technologies in transportation. Students will develop foundational knowledge of data science in the field, and examine its role in addressing transportation challenges through a review of relevant literature.

This course aims to learn about the flow and structure of international logistics, and necessary knowledge for efficient international logistics operations. Students will also acquire practical knowledge that will be useful when working in logistics industry and the basics of digital transformation (DX) in logistics, which is a hot topic. In addition, students will gain an international perspective and acquire the ability to think globally.
